Cosmetic Consultation Policy

To secure your cosmetic consultation appointment with one of our Board Certified Plastic Surgeons, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to your cosmetic surgery if your surgery is scheduled within 6 months from your initial consultation. Your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hour notice and you do not show up for your scheduled consultation appointment.
