Alan B. Pillersdorf, M.D. has been in the practice of medicine for the past 25 years, and specifically in plastic surgery for 20 years. As a decorated member of his profession, he has been on the prestigious list of Miami Metro Magazine's "Best Doctors in South Florida" five times. Dr. Pillersdorf also served as the President of Palm Beach County Medical Society in 2003. While he performs surgery at 8 area hospitals, he served as Chairman of the Department of Surgery at JFK Medical Center for 8 years. His commitment to surgical excellence is matched only by his commitment to his community and his patients. 
Luis A. Vinas, M.D. has been practicing medicine for 22 years, 15 years devoted to the practice of plastic surgery. His surgical background is both broad and diverse, with specialized training in Breast Care as well as cosmetic procedures such as Midface suture suspensions, limited scar vertical breast reductions, vertical breast lift with internal suspension and micro-fat injections to rejuvenate facial contouring. Dr. Vinas is committed to state-of-the-art plastic surgery, and as such has pursued advanced training in a wide variety of cutting edge treatments. While he makes it a point to learn about all available new technology, procedures and treatments, he brings to Plastic Surgery of Palm Beach only those which have true value to the patient and represent a legitimate advance in medicine.
Dov I Eidelman, M.D. joined Plastic Surgery of Palm Beach in 1999 after completing his residency in Plastic Surgery at Yale University School of Medicine including serving as Chief Resident. He had previously completed a 5-year general surgery residency also serving as Chief Resident. Dr. Eidelman has received numerous awards in both academic and volunteerism. Dr. Eidelman not only provides excellence in medical care to patients but is also a leader in his field, serving as co-chair of the Young Physicians
Committee for the Palm Beach County Medical Society and maintaining membership in several professional societies. He is also the Director of the JFK Hospital Wound Care Center. Patients feel very comfortable with his kind, calm demeanor and he is fluent in English and Spanish.
Dr. Abou-Sayed joined the physicians and staff at Plastic Surgery of Palm Beach in July 2003. As one of the most recent physician to join the practice at Plastic Surgery of Palm Beach, Dr. Abou-Sayed is winning the hearts and minds of the patients as well as the staff. He brings to the practice a fresh approach to medicine, having most recently received his plastic surgery training. During his long residency training, Dr. Abou-Sayed received state-of-the-art surgical instruction from world-renowned leaders in breast reconstruction, aesthetic surgery, and complex reconstructive surgery. Dr. Abou-Sayed is committed to providing safe, cutting-edge
surgical techniques and excellent aesthetic results, with an artist's eye and a perfectionist's mind. Some of his surgery patients may even be lucky enough to enjoy one of his original musical compositions, as they undergo their procedure. 
Dr. Hayn is the newest addition to our practice. After completing his undergraduate training at Boston University, Dr. Hayn pursued his doctorate degree at the Ponce School of Medicine in Puerto Rico. His education continued in Long Island New York at Nassau University Medical Center, a Level I Trauma Center and an active institution in both academics and servicing the community. At NUMC, Dr. Hayn completed both his General Surgery training and continued on with the Plastic Surgical fellowship under the auspices of the Long Island Plastic Surgical Group. During his training Dr. Hayn received extensive exposure to microsurgery, breast reconstruction, cosmetic surgery, cleft/lip and palate repair, and post-bariatric surgical reconstruction. Dr. Hayn’s primary areas of interest are breast reconstruction and body contouring.
