Dr. Alan B. Pillersdorf is a skilled plastic surgeon with a reputation for caring, attention to detail and safety, and a commitment to staying at the forefront of his field. He has been in the practice of medicine for the past 30 years. As a decorated member of his profession, Dr. Pillersdorf has been on the prestigious list of Miami Metro Magazine's "Best Doctors in South Florida" five times. Dr. Pillersdorf is the President of the Palm Beach County Society of Plastic Surgeons, Speaker of the Florida Medical Association; an organization of 21,000 physicians, is a Governor of the American College of Surgeons and Secretary of the Florida Chapter of the American College of Surgeons. He also served as the President of Palm Beach County Medical Society in 2003, and is currently Division Chief of the Department of Reconstructive Surgery at JFK Medical Center. Dr. Pillersdorf's surgical interests lie in the areas of minimally invasive procedures such as endoscopic brow lifts, ultrasonic liposuction, Smart Incision breast augmentation and short scar facelifts. Dr. Pillersdorf is a graduate of Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, DC. He completed his residency training at Georgetown University, in General Surgery and then his plastic surgery residency at Nassau County Medical Center in New York. Dr. Pillersdorf is Board Certified in Plastic Surgery, General Surgery, and Hand Surgery. He is a dedicated father and volunteers in several community activities including Project Access, a program for patients unable to maintain insurance. He is an avid baseball and basketball fan and enjoys golf. In 1991 he was a kidney donor to his only brother Gary, who he admires.
Dr. Dov Eidelman has earned respect and recognition from both patients and colleagues for his superb medical skills and comforting patient care. He champions patient education and safety. Dr. Eidelman is a graduate of New York University and Albany Medical College. He completed his residency in General Surgery at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, Texas. He then attended Yale University, where he completed his training in Plastic Surgery. While at Yale, he excelled by receiving numerous awards and served as Chief Resident. He also devoted an additional year at Yale University under the guidance of internationally renowned Plastic Surgeons, fine-tuning his skills in cosmetic and breast surgery.

Dr. Eidelman extends his talents as a Plastic Surgeon to help those in need. He has traveled to Brazil and Colombia to benefit the lives of disadvantaged children, repairing cleft lips, cleft palates and ear deformities. He was born in Colombia, South America and raised in New York. He is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish fluently.
Dr. Eidelman and his wife, Rachel, live in Wellington with their two children, Benjamin and Abby.
Dr. Hatem Abou-Sayed is committed to performing safe, modern surgical techniques to provide excellent aesthetic results, which he approaches artistically and with attention to detail. Some of his surgery patients may even be lucky enough to enjoy one of his original musical compositions as they undergo their procedure. Dr. Abou-Sayed has particular interests in minimally invasive breast augmentation, breast reconstruction, rhinoplasty, facelifting, and abdominoplasty. He is also the Medical Director of the JFK Wound Management Center and Chairman of the Young Physicians Section of the Palm Beach County Medical Society. He was recently appointed to the volunteer clinical faculty of the University of Vermont at St. Mary's Medical Center and Voluntary Assistant Professor of Surgery at University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.

Dr. Abou-Sayed joined Plastic Surgery of Palm Beach in 2003. Since joining the practice, Dr. Abou-Sayed has won the hearts and minds of many patients and referring physicians, as well as the staff. He keeps up to date on new techniques and regularly pursues continuing education at plastic surgical conferences. During his long residency training, Dr. Abou-Sayed received surgical instruction from many recognized leaders in breast reconstruction, aesthetic surgery, and complex reconstructive surgery.
Dr. Abou-Sayed received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley and his medical degree from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). While pursuing his academic career, Dr. Abou-Sayed worked as a Research Assistant for both the University of California Department of Surgery and Lawrence Berkeley Laboratories in Berkeley, California. He then completed a five-year Residency in surgery at Harvard Medical School's prestigious Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, before returning to UCSF for his plastic surgery training. In his spare time, he plays several musical instruments and enjoys sports and the arts.

Born in Managua, Nicaragua, Dr. Ernesto Hayn grew up in Miami. He attended the well-known Christopher Columbus High School, where he graduated in the Top Five of his class. Since the age of six, Dr. Hayn dreamed of becoming a physician. He originally wanted to become a cardio-thoracic surgeon, but the artistry and ability to change people's lives, such as cleft lip and palate patients, drew him to Plastic Surgery. Dr. Hayn applies this approach to individualize the cosmetic procedure for each of his patients.
After spending his youngest years in Miami, Dr. Hayn completed his undergraduate training at Boston University. He then pursued his medical doctorate degree at the Ponce School of Medicine in Puerto Rico. His education continued on Long Island, New York at Nassau University Medical Center, a Level I Trauma Center and an active institution in both academics and servicing the community. At NUMC, Dr. Hayn completed both his General Surgery training and continued on with the Plastic Surgical fellowship under the auspices of the Long Island Plastic Surgical Group.

During his training, Dr. Hayn received extensive exposure to microsurgery, breast reconstruction, cosmetic surgery, cleft lip and palate repair, and post-bariatric surgical reconstruction. Dr. Hayn's primary areas of interest are breast reconstruction and body contouring. Dr. Hayn is currently on staff at seven local hospitals.

Dr. Alberto Navarro is the newest addition to our practice and grew up in South Texas. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas in Austin. His inspiration for plastic surgery originally stemmed from articles he published as a co-author while still in college. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. Dr. Navarro received his training in general surgery from the State University of New York Health Science Center in Brooklyn, NY, which also included two years of research. He then pursued a fellowship in microsurgery at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, NY, prior to completing his residency in plastic surgery at Nassau University Medical Center on Long Island, NY. As a child, Dr. Navarro was always interested in the fascinating field of lasers, so he returned to Dallas and completed a fellowship in Lasers & Pediatric Vascular Anomalies at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center prior to joining our group.
Dr. Navarro has received various awards and acknowledgments during his academic career, in addition to presenting at national plastic surgery conferences and publishing numerous papers in peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Navarro maintains memberships in several professional societies, including:
Dr. Navarro's primary interests are in facial laser therapies and treating children with vascular anomalies such as hemangiomas and vascular malformations (port wine stains, venous malformations). He also has interests in all aspects of plastic surgery including breast reconstruction, facial reconstruction, body contouring, post-bariatric surgery, aesthetic surgery, and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
